Beyond the upper-upper or lower-lower limit, or in a state you designated critical. The badge shows ▲ or ▼ for which side was breached.

● Warning

Past the first limit, or in a state worth watching — before it becomes an alarm.

● Target

The good outcome: inside the target band, in the target state, or matching the target text.

● Stale

No update within the item’s own stale window — the reading is old, whatever it says.

● Bad quality

PI reports the reading as unusable, so the row says No Data rather than showing a number a broken sensor produced.
