  • Enterprise PI System consultant to major utility industry clients helping to define security, infrastructure, architecture, design, and other integration details related to Aveva technology rollouts.
  • Decades of experience guiding and assisting customers during the discovery, design, deployment, scale-out, migration, and monitoring phases of PI System lifecycles and related projects.
  • Designer of Asset Frameworks that fully leverage process data, metadata, Element Templates, Asset Analytics, Event Frames, and PI Notifications to contextualize information for users.
  • Application architect and developer of components and tools for users of the PI System, ranging from custom data references and analysis plugins to ISO Market Data Downloaders and Direct Access Toolbox for MATLAB.
  • Advisor on novel solutions and best practices in the application and integration of the PI System in Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Transmission, Distribution, and System Health Monitoring.

Rob Martin

VP – Marketing

Rob Martin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in architecture and the brewing industry. His academic journey started at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he earned degrees in Building Sciences and Architecture.

In 1994, Rob transitioned from architecture to brewing, a move that would define his career. Starting at the bottom, he worked his way up and eventually bought the Ipswich Ale Brewery in 1999. Under his leadership, the brewery won numerous awards and became a leader in the craft brewing industry.

Rob’s skills extended beyond brewing. He successfully created and implemented various sales and marketing strategies, and developed unique beer brands. He also founded an award-winning restaurant at the brewery in 2016.

After selling the brewery in 2022, Rob joined DLL Solutions in 2023, bringing his vast marketing and management expertise to a new industry.
